The IRS just announced a one-month filing extension to file tax returns for SOME counties affected by the recent storms and flooding.

Expect this list of counties to be updated, either on this news announcement or in a subsequent one (see the chronological list to watch at https://www.irs.gov/newsroom).
We also fully expect the California FTB to follow suit with a similar announcement.
